Why Church?

Currently we will be meeting every Sunday immediately following 11 AM worship for 90 minutes from January 19 through March 30 (except February 9). Once the group has our first meeting, we may decide to shift some of the weeks from in-person on Sunday to Zoom later in the afternoon on Sunday or a weekday evening.

Join us for the 10-week course “Why Church?” where we’ll delve into the vital connection between individual discipleship and church belonging. In addition to fostering discussions on faith and community, this course serves as an introduction or a continuation of your learning about the Episcopal Church. We’ll explore The Book of Common Prayer, the liturgical year, the sacraments of the church, habits of daily prayer, and the teachings of Anglican Christianity.
