Retreat for Diocesan Lay Leaders
January 12, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Diocesan lay leaders are invited to attend a retreat offered by the Rev. Callie Swanlund and the Rev. Dr. Susan Richardson, with Aaron Skrypski, Esq., M.Div (former rector’s warden and chair of the rector search committee, Christ Church Philadelphia).
Come for nourishment of your soul, leave with practices to sustain it in the midst of parish leadership, all in the winter beauty of Upper Bucks County. Cool spots like Mama Hawk’s Kitchen and Coffee or Alta’s Kitchen are nearby for grabbing lunch beforehand, and New Hope and Lambertville are great for sunset coffee or antiquing afterward.
The retreat will be held Sunday January 12, 1-4 p.m. at Trinity Buckingham, cosponsored by Trinity Buckingham and St. Philip’s New Hope. Registration is required, $20/person. Please contact [email protected] for registration and payment info. We request that participants can commit to the full time period from 1-4 p.m. for the fullest retreat experience for everyone. Thank you!
